the fitness center had a decent selection of equipment. i saw three treadmills and two stationary bikes available. our royal tower king room included a separate seating area.
The elevators were occasionally slow during peak hours. I noticed a slight delay.

The room was spacious, it had a king bed that felt new. i found the ice machine conveniently located on every floor. It was fast. the hotel have direct access to nearby casinos through indoor walkways, so you never had to go outside.
the elevators took a little long sometimes, especially at peak hours.

I found the location quite convenient for accessing other hotels and restaurants! the hotel offers many shops, mostly filled with souvenirs! i especially enjoyed the entertainment. The australia's thunder from down under show was one of a kind and the best i have seen!
during my stay, i noticed there were no refrigerators or microwaves in the room, and i am unsure if they can be requested i think providing these amenities would definitely improve the guest experience

the location worked well. it has a walkway and a tram for moving to other places. the room was clean and quiet. the beds and shower were good. i found the rooms sizeable.
i noticed multiple face and hand imprints on the window. the sink looked to have hair shavings. this made me uncomfortable.
